Periodic Table
All my chemists should have a period table handy!
Use this interactive Periodic Table to help learn your groups and quiz yourself on your element abbreviations. Also good for general use when you need it throughout the year. Simple image version below.

Remember on the test the periodic table provided will only have abbreviations, no full names.
This Week in Chemistry
Week of 2-15-16 to 2-19-16
Monday: President's Day - No School!
Tuesday: Lab Safety Quiz! Remember you need at least an 80% on the quiz to participate in lab.Then we will be getting into the lab and cleaning glassware. Use this time to look at the glassware and prepare for the equipment quiz.
Wednesday: Lab Equipment Quiz! This website is an excellent practice. Several questions may come directly from this website (hint hint). For those that did not get 80% on the safety quiz you will repeat it today. Introduction to flame test lab.
Thursday: Flame Test Lab Experiment -- You will want to be here for this one!
Friday: Physics of the Flame Test. Homework: Section 7.2-7.4 questions in the textbook.
